JMH Homes, LLC (JMH) is a premier home builder in the Tampa Bay Area. We are a Florida state licensed, Certified Residential Contractor. Our new construction includes, single-family residential homes, as well as duplexes, and triplexes. We also specialize in full remodeling and rehab services on all residential homes. JMH launched in 2016, but with our sister company, SKJ Property Management, LLC (SKJ), we have nearly 20 years cumulative experience in single family and multifamily construction services. Since 2015, we have rehabbed over 120 properties, including single family residential, apartments, student housing, and mobile homes.
